For many years, our beautiful daughter Mitra, who has severe food allergies, also had problems with skin irritation. Over the counter products worsened her eczema and made her uncomfortable so my grandmother sent some shea butter for my daughter from Ghana, which turned out to be very helpful. After learning about the health benefits of shea butter and its traditional uses, my husband also suggested many times over the years to look into shea butter. And so Mitra's Bath & Body story began then, and after an in-depth study of traditional beauty regiments practiced for centuries in different parts of the world, lots of experiments and trials, Mitra’s body care was developed as a safe method of keeping the skin fresh and moisturized. Every effort has been made to make certain we are providing you with the best natural handmade products. We do every thing ourselves in Mitra's Bath & Body, including building our first ever website, except its hosting, security and safety which is provided by qualified companies.
